Self-reflection, support, supervision and strategy: it’s all on the table! Bring your wins, wobbles, and wtf's to a monthly meet-up for communal reflection with fellow Thoughtful Coaches.
The Coaching Well is for you if...
You care deeply about your clients — and want a grounded, ethical space to unpack your client dilemmas. You want to be more than just trained: you are growing your coaching mastery.
You’re figuring out how to lead your business, and you’re longing for honest, supportive conversations about the real stuff behind the scenes (and screens).
You enjoy and value the opportunity to engage in reflection of reflection to deepen your insights and highlight your choices. You can see that peer connection and supervisory support will help take your self-reflections even deeper.
You’re heart is open to build community with other coaches who just get it – deep chats, laughter, a few truth bombs, and plenty of “samesies!” moments are exactly what refills your well.
You know your best coaching, creativity, and courage emerge most strongly when you feel resourced, connected, and safe.
If you’re looking for a monthly ritual to reflect and replenish (without having to wear your 'Good Coach' hat) - you’ve just found it.
When we try to do this work alone...
Look, coaching is relational work. We’re holding space for our beloved clients’ hopes, fears, and transformations. That’s some complex shiz! Even the most experienced coaches don’t try to hold it all alone.
Without a place to process and reflect, it’s easy to:
Hide your challenges because they feel off-brand
Feel embarrassed about having self-doubt
Quietly stress about the bits you 'should' have figured out by now
Confuse integrity with undercharging, overgiving or never actively promoting
Find yourself entangled in your clients’ stories and feel weighed down by expectations
Give loads of energy to your business and clients, but struggle to receive what you need
If this sounds like an average Tuesday – please know nothing has gone wrong.
You are doing sacred work. You deserve a space where you get to be supported, too.
Here’s what's to expect from
The Coaching Well:
You’ll become a steadier, more skillful presence for your clients.
Each Coaching Well session deepens your insight and grows your identity as a coach, so you can meet your clients (and yourself) with more presence, compassion, and energy.
You’ll coach with rock-solid integrity.
We’ll talk about ethics, boundaries, standards, and evidence-led approaches to keep your practice aligned to your values. This gives you real-time accountability, and your clients the reassurance that they are in safe hands.
You’ll expand your coaching toolkit.
We’ll explore new approaches, models, relevant research and ways of thinking to expand your coaching repertoire. Fresh perspectives = fresh breakthroughs for you and your clients.
You’ll grow your business.
Your emotional well-being is your most powerful coaching tool. When you’re steady and grounded, your clients feel it, and so do the people quietly deciding whether to work with you. Referrals rise. Demand grows. You become the safe, trusted practitioner clients return to again and again.
You’ll stand out as a professional, credible coach.
Bluntly: in this self-regulated industry, your willingness to pause and reflect sets you apart. Ongoing supervision is recognised (and increasingly required) by professional bodies and organisations because this demonstrates your professionalism and commitment to mastery.
The Well helps me prioritise myself, my practice and connect with other incredible coaches to remind myself I am not alone on this journey. The space Sas holds is always safe, thought-provoking and enriching, and I am so grateful for it.”

How our sessions work:
We meet in the first week of each month for a live 90-minute session.
To keep the groups intimate and ensure your questions are answered – there are three call times to choose from. You are welcome to join any call that works for you:
Tues 7:00–8:30pm UK time
Wed 9:00–10:30am UK time
Thurs 9:00–10:30am UK time
Please note: The Coaching Well is designed as an interactive, live experience – its the only way to achieve the benefits! This is not for you if you are unable to commit to most calls.
Our monthly rhythm:
ARRIVE
We begin with a short somatic practice to help you let go of the world and land in your body. BYO tea, candles, snacks!
PS: your furry/feathered pals and tiny humans are always very welcome.
REFLECT
We’ll explore a monthly theme through guided journalling together and then share insights in cosy breakout chats.
RECEIVE
Bring your client cases, business wobbles, human moments, and personal dilemmas for support and supervision. Learn from watching a peer share their experiences.
INTENTIONs
We’ll close with intention so you leave with something you can try tomorrow, and the sense you’ve just had the best kind of coaching conversation: one that fills your cup as much as your notebook.
There's no prep required. No homework. No Facebook group. We'll be dancing in the moment and trusting the process. My approach is non-directional, so I have no idea what will emerge but I know it will be something human, messy, and heart-filling: just like us.
The Coaching Well is a loving gift to myself. In 90 minutes, I’ve exhaled, had rich conversations I didn’t know I needed, made sense of what I came with, and I head off rebooted and reinspired. Sas’ groups are a special kind of magic, and I recommend this in a heartbeat.

Hello you! I’m Sas Petherick
OG Coach, Supervisor +Self-belief nerd.
About an hour’s drive from my home in Bristol, beneath the Tor in Glastonbury, you’ll find the Temple of the White Spring – a candle-lit Well House strewn with shrines and altars around a large natural stone pool (naked dips are encouraged).
The White Well is a completely different body of water from the more popular, well-manicured, and tourist-friendly Chalice Well.
This feels like the perfect metaphor for the kind of coaches I adore.
Becasue you have landed here, I know you to be a thoughtful coach who cares deeply about your work: ethical practice, and leading a values-led business.
It’s also likely that you experience some entirely understandable doubts about our industry, what ‘good’ coaching looks like, as well as how to build sustainable success. SAMESIES.
I have an MA in Coaching and I’ve spent over a dozen years helping hundreds of beloved clients untangle from self-doubt and create abiding self-belief (my approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed and deeply compassionate).
As a Supervisor I believe support for coaches is essential. To reflect out loud, in an intentional group of like-minded souls, really is necessary medicine.
I’m also in the online business trenches with you! Figuring out the monkey-puzzle of an online business has been the stretchiest experience of my life, and I am now on Team Unemployable.
I know down to my bones that an abundant business full of meaning and joy comes down to our internal capacity to lead it.
The foundation of this is knowing yourself. The way in is supported reflection. Between us, we can absolutely figure this out.
