Your self-doubt has absolutely nothing
to do with your capability.

Self-doubt is our built-in Protector – always on the lookout for any risk of disappointment or rejection.
Self-doubt strikes because what you are longing for, really matters to you.

Self-doubt is also the killer of dreams!

We expel a tonne of energy dodging the discomfort of self-doubt (my favourites: procrastibaking and Netflix).
And then we blame ourselves for making zero progress towards what we really want.

Being stuck in self-doubt is full of disappointment, sadness, and shame. It can be heart-breaking.

But there is a way out.

Your Self-belief Map is a safe and supportive space for you to navigate through your self-doubt.

We’ll explore where the seeds of your specific self-doubt were sown, make peace with your Protector and you’ll map your way into positive action. On the other side is self-trust, self-acceptance, and self-belief.

Join us for a six-week adventure!

Are you stuck in the Self-doubt loop?

Together we’ll explore:

  • The important and unique job, self-doubt has in your life right now.
  • When the seeds of your self-doubt were planted and the impact of those formative experiences.
  • How to uncover the unconscious stories you have carried through to adulthood.
  • A powerful process for making peace with your Protector (the part of your psyche responsible for your Self-doubt)
  • How to honour your need for safety and belonging as you bring your dreams to life.
  • How to reduce and release the hold your resistance has on your dreams.
  • What it feels like to have your self-doubt seen and acknowledged within a group of like-minded people.

Your Self-Belief Map includes:

A rich, thoughtful and effective programme designed to be implemented during our time together. You will not be overwhelmed with content and you can’t get behind.

Six Reflection & Experimentation Modules. Each week’s exercise takes less than an hour to complete and is designed to spark revelations, deepen your insight, and enable you to take action with a spirit of experimentation, fun, and compassion for yourself.

Multi-media learning. Each module is comprised of a brief background summary (the why) and an interactive Workbook (the how). Each module will have an audio version. You’ll be able to work through the material in whatever way suits you.

Safe, supportive community. Our discussion forum is separate from all other social media. We’ll share our learnings and insights, connect with and contribute to each others learning experience. Because it totally takes a village.

*LIVE* group workshops! For two of the modules, we’ll gather together and go through the material as a group (perfect for my fellow procrastinators). These calls are a mix of teaching, coaching, learning and sharing and are always recorded.

Optional 1:1 Coaching. Two coaching sessions, just me and you. If you prefer more personalised support, these sessions will enhance your learning experience and help you to uncover the causes of deep-seeded, stubborn doubt.

Most of us believe that if we could just stop procrastinating, hiding, or watching Game of Thrones, we would get over our self-doubt.

We believe the reason we don’t bring our dreams to life is because there is something wrong with us; we are lazy, distracted, talentless, don’t deserve our success or attribute it to luck.

All of this creates a tonne of shame.

And none of it is true.

The only conclusion that can be drawn from your self-doubt and the resistance it creates, is that your Protector is doing an excellent job!

We can stop worrying about the symptoms of self-doubt and start exploring the causes.

After decades of research into child psychology and adult development, we know the seeds of self-doubt are sown in childhood. That’s when we got our blueprint for how to be a human. Not many of us jump at the chance to pull back that curtain – particularly if our childhood was painful or traumatic – but this is where we can find peace.

Finding a safe place to explore this is key.

My approach is fun, practical, evidence-based and deeply compassionate. With my whole heart, I know our world needs you to realise just how innately creative, inherently loveable and insanely worthy you are.

You don’t have to do this alone.

A few years ago, my self-doubt was running everything in my life.

I had so much love to give but was convinced I was terrible at relationships; I believed there was no way I could ever leave my well-paid corporate job even though it made me completely miserable, and I watched on the sidelines (seething with judgey-envy) as others shared their creativity, while I longed to write a book.

I was a proper procrastinator (there was nothing amateurish about my ‘crastinating!) and turned to food and pinot noir to avoid feeling the shame and disappointment of all my unfulfilled dreams.

It wasn’t until I was willing to go into my self-doubt, that I was able to find my way home to myself.

I needed to discover where the seeds of my self-doubt were planted, and how these became the stories that wove their tentacles into my adult life. This has been the most meaningful journey of my life.

Self-doubt has been one of my greatest sources of growth.

I have an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, and my Master’s dissertation was a deep study into self-doubt.

At the core of my coaching methodology are proven approaches for helping people cultivate self-acceptance, self-trust, and self-belief (the best kind of selfies). I’ve found that this provides the basis for transformative, lasting change and I’ve helped hundreds of people to change how they think and feel about their lives.

I’d love to help you navigate through your self-doubt with Your Self-Belief Map.

Right now, you’re probably doubting
you can overcome your self-doubt.

I enrol in programmes with great intentions and... never start.

Me too! Your Self-Belief Map was created with my fellow Procrastinators in mind.

Module One is a live group workshop – we’ll go through the exercise together and you’ll get off to a flying start. There is another live workshop in week four and each weekly module takes less than an hour to complete.

You’ll have lifetime access to all programme materials and the workshop recordings.

I wish I had big dreams, but self-doubt stops me from doing everything.

Self-doubt is triggered on the basis of risk – how vulnerable something feels – rather than the size of your dream or the impact it might have. This is why our experience of self-doubt can seem overwhelming and disproportionate.

I know, it feels like a design flaw to me too.

In Your Self-belief Map, we’ll spend a couple of Modules exploring the (often unconscious) beliefs that have led to your extreme response.  The approaches we’ll use will help you, whatever the size or scope of your dream.

I have no willpower to make any changes.

If willpower hasn’t helped you make changes, I am not surprised! When we push against our resistance, it tends to resist us.

One of the biggest myths of working through self-doubt is that you need to put your energy into overcoming resistance. But resistance is just our very natural response to the discomfort self-doubt creates.

This is why we will be addressing the causes of self-doubt, not the symptoms. As you uncover the very understandable reasons for your self-doubt, and make peace with them, your resistance naturally decreases as does the need for willpower.

I tend to hide in big groups of people and I need time to process new information.

It’s really important to me that you feel seen and heard and that you feel safe.

Regardless of how many people enrol in Your Self-belief Map, we will create small classrooms or lounges. This means you will have a cohort of people that you can get to know and there will be time and space for you to be supported.

There is also the option for 1:1 coaching support with me.

I'm worried I won't be able to do this right.

I love that about you. But you can’t do this wrong!

Each of the exercises has been thoughtfully created to allow you to have your own experience. From Week One you will have new understandings and practical approaches you can experiment with.

There is no pass/fail here (I am wise to your perfectionist ways).

I get easily overwhelmed with too much information.

Being inundated with material can trigger our doubt and resistance like nothing else. Unfortunately, so many teachers mistake volume for value – this is not that.

For each module, I try to give you just enough information to understand the relevance and intention behind it. 80% of the process is about your experience and you taking action.

I give up as soon as it gets hard (and then I eat my feelings).

I know how alone it feels when it seems you are the only one who isn’t feeling all hopeful and positive. Usually, this is because we are doing such a great job of keeping ourselves safe.

Whatever you think will happen if you shine a light on your self-doubt, I’m right with you. This is a safe and supportive place and there is nothing you could reveal about yourself that would be unacceptable.

There are small class sizes and our discussion forum is separate from all other social media. Personal coaching support is also available.
